Per source word or per page, where 1 page is 1,600 characters with spaces of the target text (a standard A4 page); received and delivered as a file.

SWORN TRANSLATION PRICES
Sworn translation quotes are based on the volume of the target text. With his regulation, the Minister of Justice of Poland introduced a standard sworn translation page of 1,125 characters with spaces of the target text (which is roughly 2/3 of an A4-size page). Any characters in excess of 1,125 are counted as a subsequent full page.
NOT ONLY THE TEXT (CONTENT) OF THE DOCUMENT IS TRANSLATED
In sworn translation, the translator is additionally required to translate the text of any seals, stamps, annotations, small print, as well as any other elements/parts of the document (headers, footers, etc.) AND include them in the translation.
